      The mobility system of French teachers is the product of balanced education development under the influence of education democratization. It has achieved outstanding results in promoting the equity of education opportunities in France, promoting the balanced quality of education and implementing the priority compensation of education. For 60 years' development, France has gradually formed a set of efficient teacher mobility guarantee mechanism, including dynamic mechanism, support mechanism, compensation mechanism and supervision mechanism, which ensures the fairness and efficiency of the teacher mobility in France, and forms distinctive traits: cooperating each mobility mechanism to support the flow of teachers in order; stimulating both internal and external willingness to encourage teachers take part in flow; balancing job vacancies and teacher flow demands to stimulate the active flow of teachers. However, the unfair education results due to the class gap are still serious in France. This shows that the realization of educational equity needs the integral social equity.
