Illicit enrichment has become a major challenge, while the lack of effective mechanisms of preventing and combatting this crime draws the attention to the rhythm of increase of certain people's property on the account of illegal activities. Certainly, the expert examination strengthens the probatory force of any evidence, while ordering an expert examination and the involvement of experts from different fields completes the procedural tools of the criminal investigation body and the prosecutor in investigating the crime of illicit enrichment, and, respectively, dynamizes, on the one hand, the finding of the truth, and, on the other hand, strengthens the mechanism for achieving justice and the litigants' sense of justice.
