      The article explores philosopher Rene Descartes' dualism theory, which purports a distinction between embodiment or body and disembodiment or mind, in the context of feminist criticism on Cartesianism in relation to the social media platform Facebook. It analyzes the tensions of Cartesian mind-body dualism manifested in the activities of feminist Facebook group called Feminist X. It examines the hierarchical binaries of the self and other, mind and body, and ghost and machine in Feminist X.
