North Korean health official explains worldwide casualties from H1N1 flu

During its 2000 local [ 1100 gmt] newscast on 13 December, Pyongyang Korean Central Television (KCTV) via Satellite in Korean carried a three-minute segment on 2009-H1N1 influenza that is generating serious concern in various countries with its rapid spread all over the world each day.
