INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EVENTS.

This article provides information on events related to IT to be held in 2005. A conference on Censorship and Access to Information: History and the Present will be held during March 16-18, 2005 at Saint Petersburg, Russia. The conference will deal with the historical and contemporary control and access of information, the social responsibility of participants in the informational process, and the role of libraries and mass media journalists in an informational society. Aspects of these issues in Russia and abroad will be considered. Meanwhile, the 1st International Conference on Information Management and Business, will be held at Taipei, Taiwan during March 26-27, 2005. IMB 2005 is an international conference that is scheduled to be held annually in different countries. In the meantime, an International Workshop on Digital Resources Management will be held during February 18-19, 2005 at Kirumbakkam, Pondicherry in India. The event is organized by Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, Kirrumbakkam. Museums and the Web 2005: The International Conference for Culture and Heritage On-line will be held during April 13-16, 2005 at Vancouver, British Columbia.
