La persona y el ser. La representación del Otro. (French)
- Abstract:
In this paper we analyse one of the itineraries that anthropological studies about the notion of person have carried out. We start from Mauss's classic work where he elaborates a genealogy of the notion of person showing its historical character and its variations in different societies. From his distinction between personage's notion and self's category, other authors after him had analysed the representations of the notion of person in societies categorised as `sociocentric' (with special accent on the personage) and `egocentric' (with special accent on the self). Here we follow the way of different authors and theories showing how the dimensions that constitute the person as personage and as self do not necessarily represent an evolution but can be manifested in the same society and even in the same notion of person. - Abstract:
