    • Abstract:
The article focuses on effective consequences for child misbehavior. What is a better culprit for the lack of effectiveness of the consequence is the failure to specify a contingency between a specific behavior and the consequence. Study limitations were mostly associated with the retrospective nature of this study. Early head circumference measurements were available for only a limited number of subjects, and their reliability could not be confirmed. The study also lacked physical measurements such as height and weight, and head circumference measurements were not available for parents or unaffected siblings, ruling out investigation of familial influences.
