Responsible Research and Innovation under the perspective of women researchers.

      On one hand, there is a gap considering studies of gender in innovation management. Science has discriminated against women, which discourages girls from engaging in science. On the other hand, responsible research and innovation (RRI) evoke a collective duty of care (and advocates gender equality in research and innovation development, among other initiatives. Fortunately, differently of other areas, there is a considerable involvement of women in RRI research. This study unveils how Responsible Research and Innovation are seen from the perspective of women researchers. Using the Web of Science (WoS) database, 1560 articles were evaluated. Women participated in 70% of the studies. Data pointed out that the women researchers’ studies are focused on two axes. The first is interdisciplinary governance. The other is in performance.
