This study aims to introduce the life of Elias Wang, a famous Chinese scholar, and explains his interpretation method. First, it introduces his birth, growing process, academic works, and main points. Secondly, it focuses on the interpretation method he adopted in order to help the Muslim public in China to benefit from Quran’s universal guidance. The findings suggest that Elias Wang, who grew up in a Muslim family, was well educated and well versed in Arabic and Islam. Thus, he could properly understand the meaning of Quran thanks to it. He tried his best to serve Hui ethnic group in China all his life and achieved satisfactory results in translating Hui classics and writing Hui books. The research also shows that he follows correct method in Quran interpretation, which ensures the correctness of the interpretation content. The interpretation method is based on the following points: flexible footnote method is adopted in interpretation; great attention is given to various problems encountered by the Hui people in China’s religions, society, and culture, and the solution he offers guides readers to the connotation of Quran. The interpretation content is taken from the most authoritative Arabic annotated classics and frequently quoted stories and legends that appear in the major interpretation classics. Bu çalışma, Çin’in ünlü bilgelerinden İlyas-Wang Jing Zhai’ın hayatını ve tefsir yöntemini tanıtmayı amaçlamaktadır. İlk olarak bilgenin doğumundan başlayarak gelişim çağı ve akademik çalışmalardaki önemli düşünceleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci olarak, Kur'an'ın çeşitli milletlere aktarılması ve rehberliğinde benimsenen tefsir yöntemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu araştırma neticesinde İlyas’ın Müslüman bir ailede büyüdüğü, iyi bir eğitim aldığı, Arapça ve din bilgisine oldukça hâkim olduğu ve bu sayede Kur'an'ın anlamını doğru bir şekilde anladığı sonucuna ulaşmaktayız. Ömrünü Çinli Hui Müslümanlara hizmet etme gayretinde sarf etmiştir. Üstelik Hui Müslümanların ünlü klasik eserlerini tercüme ederek toplumun takdirini ve beğenisini kazanmıştır. Bu çalışma neticesinde Kur'an tefsir edilirken doğru yöntemlerin izlenildiği ve böylece tefsir ve şerh içeriğinin güvenilir ve doğru aktarıldığını görmekteyiz. Tefsir yönteminde şu temel yöntemler kullanılmıştır: Tefsirde esnek davranmış ve çeşitli dipnotlar kullanılmıştır; Çin’deki Hui Müslüman halkının karşılaştığı çeşitli dinî, sosyal ve kültürel sorunlar Kur'an rehberliğinde çözüme kavuşturulmuştur. Açıklayıcı dipnotların muhtevası ise Arapçadaki ana tefsiri çıkarmak, başlıca tefsir klasiklerinde yer alan hikayeleri ve efsaneleri alıntılamaktır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يهدف هذا البحث إىل إلقاء الضوء على سرية العامل املشهور يف الصني إلياس وانغ وبيان منهجه يف التفسري، وذلك من خالل تقدمي حياته من حيث مولده ونشأته ّل ّة املسلمني الصينيني، فتوص ّة على عام ّ أفكاره، وتركيز البيان على منهجه الذي سار عليه يف بيان معاين القرآن الكرمي لتحقيق تعميم اهلداية القرآني ّة وأهم وأعماله العلمي ّ ّ ة، وذلك مكنه من فهم معاين القرآن فهما سليما، وبذل ّة واللغة العربي ّة، وأجاد العلوم الشرعي ّى تربية إسالمي ّنة، وتلق البحث إىل أن إلياس وانغ نشأ يف أسرة مسلمة متدي ّ ّه هنج يف تفسري القرآن الكرمي منهجا ّل البحث إىل أن أقصى اجلهود يف خدمة اإلسالم واملسلمني يف الصني، حبيث أتت بثمرات مرضية من الرتمجات والتأليفات، كما توص ّة، واالعتناء بتنزيل معاين اآلايت على ما يعيشه املسلمون يف ّع األساليب يف وضع احلواشي التفسريي ُبىن على أسس متينة، وهي تنو سليما ضمن صحة حمتوايت تفسريه وي ّة، واإلكثار من سرد احلكاايت والقصص اليت ّهات التفاسري ابللغة العربي ّة من أم ّة، واستمداد حمتوايت احلواشي التفسريي ّة أو االجتماعي ّة أو الثقافي الصني من املشاكل الديني وردت يف كتب التفسري.
