    • Abstract:
Dear Editor, We read with great interest the original research article by Dr. Bhatia H et al. [[1]] whose aim was to evaluate the outcomes in patients undergoing early vs late percutaneous catheter drainage of acute necrotizing collection in patients with necrotizing pancreatitis. We would like to know if there were any further procedures that were performed in the time between the first aspiration drainage and the percutaneous catheter drainage as that could have an impact on the matching of the patients, which could further have had an impact on the outcome.
