      The article informs Cambridge University Press has eliminated open access fees for researchers from 107 low-income and middle-income countries, enabling them to publish their research freely in the press' journals. The University of California and Wiley have expanded their existing open access agreement, with UC libraries now funding the first 1,000 U.S Dollars in article-processing charges (APCs) for UC faculty, students, and staff who publish in Wiley's journals.
