The authors share lessons from implementing the adapted Support To Reunite, Involve, and Value Each other (STRIVE) intervention to aid public health practitioners working with high-risk minoritized adolescents and their families. These include the value of focusing on positive aspects of the family, importance of prioritizing cultural relevance for advancing the understanding of implementing impactful interventions in communities who need them most, and insights for public health practitioners.
