      The purpose of this study is to measure the contribution of three technological devices for the communication of active transparency data: official website, transparency and open data portals in the Spanish autonomous communities for the period 2013-2020. The existence of minimum information to be provided based on Law 19/2013 was checked, verifying a significant global increase in performance in the first years, which it freezes in the last years. The contribution of each initiative has presented an irregular evolution: slight and positive for the open data portals, great progress for the transparency portals and residual contribution for the official website.       Pretendemos medir la contribución de tres artefactos tecnológicos para la comunicación de datos de transparencia activa: web oficial, portales de transparencia y de datos abiertos en las comunidades autónomas españolas para el periodo 2013- 2020. Se chequeó la existencia de información mínima a suministrar en base a la ley 19/2013 comprobando un importante aumento global en el desempeño los primeros años, que se estanca en los últimos. La contribución de cada iniciativa ha presentado una evolución irregular: ligera y positiva para los portales de datos abiertos, gran avance para los portales de transparencia y contribución residual para la web oficial.
