      The I Anthem Companion to Selznick i brings together a wonderful group of authors who are intimately familiar with Selznick's work (several authors knew Selznick himself). His coauthor Philippe Nonet had an idea why many sociologists did not recognize the value of Selznick's work: "those who interpreted Selznick through the lens of a particular field would find something but will miss all that matters" (p. 189).
