THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT IN THE DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES: RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES THROUGH FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL (FUK). (English)
    • Abstract:
Leadership plays a crucial role in detecting and preventing criminal activities within an organization. This paper explores the responsibilities of leadership in this process as well as the challenges they face. Leaders must actively set clear ethical standards for employees and implement adequate controls and measures to prevent criminal activities. However, the challenges that may arise in this process include lack of resources, unawareness of criminal activities, and the possibility of collaboration with criminal elements within the organization. Leaders must be aware of these challenges and find ways to overcome them in order to ensure the safety and integrity of the organization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
