    • Abstract:
By exploring the historical and cultural data of tea cultivation in Shandong and Mount Tai since the Tang and Song Dynasties, this paper speculates that the Jin Dynasty may be the earliest period of tea cultivation in Shandong and Mount Tai, and maintains that the tea recorded in most of the historical documents should be Mount Tai plant substitute tea. The introduction and cultivation of tea trees in Mount Tai was clearly recorded during the Republic of China. After the successful introduction of south tea, Mount Tai tea in the 1990s has achieved rapid development, forming a well-known regional brand. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
