The article presents an interview with author Tonya Bolden. Bolden she majored in Slavic languages and literatures, with a focus in Russian, at Princeton University and went on to earn a master's degree from Columbia University. She says that her search for satisfaction led her to pursue a career in writing. Bolden emphasized on the importance of reading and says that reading exercises and powers up the mind.
