    • Abstract:
The use of cryosurgery may shorten treatment duration, minimize cost of care, avoid adverse effects, and help patients with partial response to systemic therapies. Graph: Figure 1 Patient 1 (a) before and (c) after treatment; Patient 2 (b) before and (d) after treatment. Patient 1 showed clinical and mycological cure after 6 weeks of medical therapy and one cryosurgery session, while Patient 2 received 8 weeks of systemic therapy and two cryosurgery sessions (Figure 1c, d).
