The Female Ruse of the Pseudonym: The Columbine of Yde Schloenbach Blumenschein. (English)

This article presents historical-literary research on the work of São Paulo poet Yde Schloenbach Blumenschein (1882-1963). It examines the reception of her productions (considering the morality of the time) and the final rejection (1961) of the publication of her verses, which had always been forbidden. Analysis of her 12 books indicates the steep and difficult construction of literary femininity, since women were compelled to use pseudonyms as ruses to erase identity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pesquisa histórico-literária sobre a obra da poetisa paulista Yde Schloenbach Blumenschein (1882-1963), tendo em vista a recepção de suas produções (as niveladas pela moralidade de então) e o não acolhimento final (1961) concernente à edição dos versos que, desde o princípio, lhe foram interditos. Por meio da análise de seus 12 livros, observa-se o quanto é escarpada e dificultosa a construção da feminilidade literária, uma vez que a mulher é compelida a usar ardis de pseudônimos para apagamento de identidade.
