    • Abstract:
Head CT scan showed no obvious new-onset ischemic lesions and the CT angiography showed no signs of major vessel occlusion. The emergency CT scan was negative for ischemic/hemorrhagic events, and the CT angiography showed no signs of major vessel occlusion. The pulmonary interstitial disease, seen with the CT scan, and the pachymeningitis, seen with the MRI, were linked to the RA, and a targeted treatment was started. [Extracted from the article]
