      This research represents a revealing reading of an artistic phenomenon in a poetic achievement by one of the poets of the Fatimid state, which the lens of research and study did not focus on. Indeed, it is the poetry of Al-Qadi Al-Jalis bin Al-Habbab (T.: 561 AH). This poet, who was at the forefront of the poets of the Fatimid state, during the sixth century of migration, and actively contributed to enriching literary life, and kindling its flame in Egypt during that century, as he had the upper hand in the field of poetry and prose. Hence, you wish to obtain positions in shedding light on the rhythmic structure in the poetry of the poet Al-Jalis .       يمتن, هذا البحث قراءة كاشفة لظاهرة فتية ة في منجز شغري ن لشاعر من شعراء الولة الفاطمية لم سلط عليه عدسة البحث ف والدراسة؛ آلا وهو شعر القاضي الجليس بن الحبّابا(ت: 561 هذا الشاعر الذي كان في طليعة شعراء الدولة الفاطميّة؛ إبان القرن السادس للهجرة وأسهم اسهاما فاعلا في إثراء الحياة الأدبيّة؛ وإيقاد شعلتها في مصر إبان ذلك القرن» إذ كانت له اليذ الطولى في جالي العر والتفر. ومن هنا جاءت رغبة الباحثين في تسليط الضوء على البنية الإيقاعية في شعر الشاعر الجليس» وتلمّس الوسائل والأدوات الفتيّة التي شكلت المصدر الرئيس في إيقاعه التعري.
