The organizational trust prevailing in the governmental secondary schools in Karbala governorate in light of sex and experience variables of teachers from their point of view. (English)

This study aimed at finding out the organizational trust prevailing in the governmental secondary schools in Karbala governorate in light of sex and experience variables of teachers, from their point of view. The sample of the study consisted of (300) male and female teachers working in governmental secondary schools. Descriptive – survey methodology was used. A questionnaire consisted of (26) items was used to collect data. The findings of the study showed that the degree of organizational trust prevailing in the governmental secondary schools in Karbala was high. There were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of the organizational trust prevailing in these schools attributed to sex and experience variables. The researcher recommended some recommendations among them the following: Maintaining the high degree of the organizational trust prevailing in secondary schools in Karbala governorate and improving it through more participation, cooperation and exchange of experiences among teachers. ف درجة الثقة التنظيمية السائدة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة ىدفت الد ارسة الحالية إلى تعر كربالء في ضوء متغيري الجنس والخبرة لممدرسين ومن وجية نظرىم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من )033 ) ّسة من العاممين في المدارس الثانوي مدرس ومدر ة الحكومية، واستخدم منيج البحث الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت االستبانة التي تكونت من )62 )فقرة وسيمة لجمع البيانات، وأظيرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الثقة التنظيمية السائدة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة كربالء كانت مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى )3030 ≥ α عزى لمتغيري الجنس ُ ( في درجة الثقة التنظيمية السائدة في ىذه المدارس ت والخبرة0 وأوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات، من بينيا: الحفاظ عمى الدرجة المرتفعة لمثقة التنظيمية السائدة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة كربالء وتحسينيا من خالل مزيد من المشاركة والتعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين المدرسين والمدرسات0 الكممات المفتاحية: الثقة التنظيمية، المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة كربالء0.
