Spirituality in the workplace for university employees. (English)

The current research aims to identify spirituality in the workplace among university employees registered in the presidency of Karbala University / Administrative, and the statistically significant differences in spirituality in the workplace according to the gender variable (male, female) and the type of job (owner, contract). The study sample consisted of From (400) employees, for the academic year (2021-2022), and to achieve the research objectives, the researchers followed the descriptive approach and adapted and developed the (Liu & Robertson, 2011) scale, to consist of (28) items. From the experts, then the researchers analyzed the data through the use of the Spss bag for social sciences. The results showed that the employees enjoy good spirituality in the workplace, and the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males, females) in favor of females.
