    • Abstract:
The EU project "BioMonitor4CAP" is developing modern monitoring systems for monitoring biodiversity on agricultural land. It is carried out by 23 partner organizations from 10 European countries and Peru and is funded by the EU research and innovation program Horizon Europe. The project aims to test, evaluate, and develop affordable and reliable monitoring systems that can be used both on agricultural land and in Natura 2000 areas. Classic biodiversity indicators will be combined with new technological approaches to provide recommendations for adapted management practices and to enhance biodiversity on agricultural farms. The project will involve various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the monitoring systems. [Extracted from the article]
