Worldwide Interprofessional Network launched.

This article focuses on professional education. Canada is the latest of a growing number of countries to enshrine interprofessional education and practice in Federal policies, which are already being implemented throughout its provinces and territories. The Network will be based initially at the University of British Columbia, led by John Gilbert and supported by an international Steering Group. The Network will facilitate mutual support and stimulation between individuals and organisations active in interprofessional education and practice.
