RELIGIOUS PERSONALITIES OF JEWS IN ARAD. (English)
PERSONNALITÉS RELIGIEUSES DE LA COMMUNAUTÉ JUIVE D'ARAD. (French)

The Neolog Jewish Community of Arad had prominent leaders from both the religious and secular spheres. Neolog rabbis have always been attentive to the needs of the community, serving and guiding parishioners, facilitating the practice of religion and tradition, creating bridges between Jews and other ethnicities and religions. These leaders were oriented towards finding solutions for the community, always putting people first. Their life stories show us how they succeeded to manage the most difficult situations, how they overcame the biggest obstacles, enrusting us with a legacy of lessons of empathy and the attitude of a man who breaks through and moves the community forward, laying the foundations of what we see today. La communauté des juifs de rite occidental d'Arad a eu des dirigeants éminents des sphères religieuse et laïque. Les rabbins néologues ont toujours été attentifs aux besoins de la communauté, servant et guidant les paroissiens, facilitant la pratique de la religion et de la tradition, créant des ponts entre les juifs et les autres ethnies et religions. Ces leaders étaient orientés vers la recherche de solutions pour la communauté, en donnant toujours priorité aux personnes. Leurs histoires de vie nous montrent comment ils ont réussi à gérer les situations les plus difficiles, comment ils ont surmonté les plus grands obstacles, nous laissant en héritage des leçons d'empathie et l'attitude d'un homme qui se bat et fait avancer la communauté, jetant les bases de ce que nous voyons aujourd'hui. Comunitatea evreilor arădeni de rit occidental a avut lideri de seamă atât din sfera religioasă cât şi din cea laică. Rabinii neologi au fost întotdeauna atenţi la nevoile comunităţii, deservindu-le şi îndrumând enoriaşii, facilitând practicarea religiei şi a tradiţiei, creând punţi între evrei şi alte etnii şi religii. Aceşti lideri au fost orientaţi înspre a găsi soluţii pentru comunitate, punând întotdeuna omul pe primul plan. Poveştile lor de viaţă ne arată cum au reuşit să gestioneze cele mai dificile situaţii, cum au trecut peste cele mai mari obstacole, lăsându-ne moştenire lecţii de empatie şi atitudinea de om care răzbeşte şi duce comunitatea înainte, punând bazele a ceea ce vedem azi.
