Purpose: This review aims to describe the up‐to‐date knowledge of the prevalence of mental health disorders among Middle Eastern immigrants women living in the United States (U.S.) and the factors affecting mental health status. Conclusion: High prevalence of mental health disorders and low utilization of mental health services among Middle Eastern immigrants were reported. The factors affecting mental health disorders included socio‐demographics, immigration‐related factors, and previous mental and physical health problems. Practice Implications: Further research is needed to understand the factors affecting mental health disorders and attitudes associated with the utilization of mental health services among Middle Eastern women in the U.S. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
