Social Reform and its Value and Attitude Related Context. (English)

The article presents information on the social reform and its value and attitude. Social policy after the fall of the communist regime has undergone fundamental changes. The system of real socialism created a special kind of social policy, different from models existing in democratic countries with market economies. The transformation to market economy has changed the living conditions of the majority of the population, and mainly in its early period caused a decline in living standards. The system of social policy is also changing therefore, transformation in the social sphere reflects a need to react to new social realities, but on the other hand, it also expresses the concepts and ideas of the creators and implementators of the transformation processes. In general, the questions of social policy and its values are considerably satisfied and in this field we can experience the controversial attitudes of various ideological concepts, however this does not observe sufficiently responses in the attitudes of political subjects and citizens. Strictly speaking social policy has not become an arena for political argument, nor the subject of more intense interest by the public.
