Availability of some educational administrative skills among some government school principals. (English)

The educational process has become a means of transferring experiences to generations in societies, and therefore the progress or backwardness of education in any society is nothing but an expression of the progress or backwardness of the society itself, so it was necessary to pay attention to the qualities and skills of school principals to serve the educational process and its success. Knowledge management is considered to have a high degree of importance. The administration must adhere to clear and approved strategies for managing knowledge and enhancing its operations, as it is considered a fundamental pillar of development and progress. قد أصبحت العملية التربويـة وسـيلة لنقل الخبرات لألجيال فى المجتمعات، ومن ثم فإن تقدم التربية أو تخلفها فى أي مجتمع ما هو إال تعبير عـن تقدم أو تخلف المجتمع ذاته، لذلك كان البد األهتمام بصفات ومهارات مدراء المدارس لخدمة العملية التربوية ولنجاحها. وتعتبر ادارة المعرفة له درجة عالية من االهمية فالبد ان تلتزم األدارة باستراتيجيات واضحة ومعتمدة الدارة المعرفة و تعزيز عملياتها كونها تعد مرتكزا أساسيا من مرتكزات التطور والتقدم.
