    • Abstract:
• Abstract:
In this article we try to explore the context of accelerated reconfiguration on the world of work as a cause for the necessary reconfiguration of the right to work. The task will be oriented from a critical view of the legal universe, while we will pivot on the experience of the Argentine Recovered Companies as a prism that allows a situated approach, but also replicable. For this we start from the conviction that being in its dynamics must inform the duty to be subsequent, to make law a social and political instrument, oriented to the achievement of justice in a substantial sense.
