Evaluation of the Environmental and Economic Returns of the Development Project in the Development of Urban Areas Case Study of the Industrial Area (Sudan - Khartoum) in the Period 2016-2019. (English)

One of the essential bases of life is to achieve an ecological and economic balance between accelerated development rates and the negative impact on natural resources. The research problem focuses on the neglect of ecological and economic dimension of the project and this leads to negative impacts on life and natural resources, then they will be depleted. This study aimed to highlight the role of environmental and economic returns and how to evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of development projects and to identify the sources of industrial pollution and its impact on natural resources. The research examined the relationship between the environmental and economic returns of the development project and the development of urban areas. The study population consisted of workers in the industrial area of various specializations and professions in which they worked. The researcher selected a random sample of workers in the industrial area, a total of (115) questionnaires were distributed, with an accuracy and reliability rate of (87%), using the equation (Cronbach’s Alpha). The most important result is environmental impact evaluation process which should be applied to existing and new projects in order to avoid potential environmental risks. The most important recommendations, drawn by this research is obligating the responsible of the development to conduct a study to evaluate the environmental and economic returns of projects before they are found. إن تحقيق التوازن البيئي واالقتصادي بين معدالت التنمية املتسارعة والتأثير السلبي على املوارد الطبيعية أصبح هو املطلب اليسير للبشرية كحماية لحقها في الحياة، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في إهمال البعد البيئيواالقتصادي للمشروع مما يؤدي إلى التأثيرات السلبية على املواردالطبيعية وبالتالي نضوبها واستنزافها األمر الذي يؤثر على حياة اإلنسان والكائنات الحية األخرى وهدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تقييم املردود البيئي واالقتصادي وكيفية تقييم اآلثار البيئية واالقتصادية للمشاريع التنموية والتعرف على مصادر التلوث الصناعي وأثره على املوارد الطبيعية. واختبر ت الدراسةالعالقة بين املردودالبيئيواالقتصادي للمشروع التنموي وتطور املناطق الحضرية.ويتكون مجتمعالدراسةمن العاملين باملنطقة الصناعيةبمختلف تخصصاتهم واملهن التي يعملون بها،قام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائيةمن العاملين باملنطقةالصناعية،وتم توزيع عدد)115 ) استبانة، بمعدل صدق وثبات )87 )%وذلك باستخدام معادلة )أ لفا-كرو نباخ(، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: عملية تقييم املردود البيئي يجب أن تطبق على املشروعات القائمةوالجديدةلتفادي األخطار البيئيةاملحتملة. كما أوصت الدراسةبالعديد من التوصيات أبرزها: إلزام القائم بالتنميةبإجراءدراسةتقييم املردودالبيئيواالقتصادي للمشاريعقبل إقامتها [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
