    • Abstract:
      This research includes a collection and study of the hadiths that Al-Aqili denied their proof in his book Al-Da’afa AlKabeer، and Muslim brought them out in his Sahih, by extracting them and studying their chains of transmission and explaining the face of AlAqili’s denial of them, and those who agreed with them by Al-Aqili and those who disagreed with him in them, and the sayings of scholars in them, and the weighting of the saying in them between Al-Aqili and the Imam Muslim, so the research came from an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance of the research, the reason for choosing it, the research objectives, the methodology followed in it, and its plan, and the first topic: a brief translation of Al-Aqili, and a brief summary of his book Al-Da`afa Al-Kabir, and the second topic: hadiths were mentioned in it. It reached four conversations, and a conclusion: the most important results were mentioned. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      هذا البحث فيه جمع ودراسة لألحاديث التي ضعفها العقيلي في كتابه الضعفاء، وأخرجها مسلم في صحيحه، وذلك بتخريجها ودراسة أسانيدها وبيان وجه تضعيف العقيلي لها، و من وافق فيها الحافظ العقيلي ومن خالفه فيها، وأقوال العلماء فيها، وترجيح القول فيها بين الحافظ العقيلي واإلمام مسلم، فجاء البحث في مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة، ذكر نا في المقدمة أهمَّية البحث، وسبب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، والمنهج المتبع فيه، وخطته، وفي المبحث األول: ترجمة موجزة للحافظ العقيلي، ونبذة مختصرة عن كتابه الضعفاء، والمبحث الثاني: ذكرنا فيه األحاديث حيث بلغت أربعة أحاديث، وخاتمة البحث: فيها أهم النتائج.
