      The article focuses on a basic electro hydraulic course. The doing for understanding is an integral part of Parker's Involvement Training courses. Involvement Training is the Parker approach to instructing participants using a combination of written material, lectures and, most important, active participation. Up to 50% of class time is spent in a hands-on situation, reinforcing textual materials. Currently, two of the more popular courses offer instruction in the rapidly developing field of electro hydraulics.
