INSURANCE CONTRACT AND DIGITAL MARKET. (English)

This article tries to bring readers closer to the Digital Market and its Law in the European Union, specifically the Insurance Market. To do this, the emerging technology applied in insurance is taken into perspective from supervision, intermediation, information, advice, as well as relationships and communications between the parties and participants in the insurance contract in a digital and electronic environment. Finally, the principle of transparency in the insurance market is analyzed with its legal repercussions in contracting insurance through platforms and electronic communication systems [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

El presente trabajo trata de aproximar a los lectores el Mercado Digital y su Derecho en la Unión Europea, concretamente el Mercado de seguros. Para ello, se toma en perspectiva la tecnología incipiente aplicada en el seguro desde la supervisión, la intermediación, la información, el asesoramiento, así como las relaciones y comunicaciones entre las partes e intervinientes del contrato de seguro en un entorno digital y electrónico. Por último, se analiza el principio de transparencia en el mercado de seguros con sus repercusiones jurídicas en la contratación de seguros mediante plataformas y sistemas de comunicación electrónicas.
