    • Abstract:
The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old prim gravida patient presented at 34 weeks gestation for routine prenatal check complaining of a decreased fetal movement. Her prenatal course had been unremarkable until 34 weeks, at which point ultrasound evaluation revealed mild fetal hydrops and an obvious atrial flutter with a ventricular rate above 200 bpm. The patient was sent immediately to the hospital, where a cesarean section was performed.
