The article discusses the case report of a17-year-old female with long-term atopic dermatitis and psoriasis presented to the emergency department with 6 weeks of fatigue, pallor, and decreased exercise tolerance. Over the past 18 months, she also experienced episodes of "punching" epigastric pain, sometimes with nocturnal awakening, occurring approximately every 3 months with spontaneous resolution after 3 to 7 hours, thought to represent abdominal migraines.
