األحاديث الواردة يف الصالة يف مرابض الغنم جمع وتخريج. (Arabic)

The research is titled “The Hadiths Narrated on Praying at Sheep Pen”, it aims at collecting what was narrated from the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him- regarding his saying and action on prayer at sheep pen -i.e. the place where it rests and lives-. In this research is: the prohibition of praying at camel pen – i.e. where it gathers-, and the reason for this is the strength of the camel and its fierceness, and its several movements, this is why it was described to be from the devils, and it may harm the person praying, or he may not be able to pray well due to it. The research also includes ablution due to camel meat, and there is no sound hadith regarding ablution for its milk, and that ablution is not required for sheep’s meat. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

حبث" األحاديث الواردة يف الصالة يف مرابض الغنم" هدفه مجع ما ورد عن النيب -صلى اهلل عليه وسلم- من قوله أو فعله بالصالة يف مرابض الغنم - أماكنها اليت تأوي إليها وتبيت فيها-، وقد سردت األحاديث بال مباحث ألنها معناها واحد، وقمت بتخرجيها ومعرفة ما صح منها. ويف هذا البحث: النهي عن الصالة يف مبارك اإلبل، -أماكن جتمعها-، والعلة يف ذلك قوة اإلبل وشراستها وكثرة حركتها ولذلك؛ وصفت بأنها من الشياطني، ولرمبا أضرت باملصلي، أو أنه ال حيسن صالته بسببها. ويف البحث الوضوء من حلوم اإلبل، ومل يصح حديث يف الوضوء من ألبانها، وكذلك عدم الوضوء من حلوم الغنم.
