Since the birth of lesbian geographies, the work in this field has been mostly developed in Western countries or from the efforts of few lesbian geographers to invite and incorporate works from various countries. There are not enough works from Mexico to enrich this branch of geography both nationally and internationally. Given this situation, it is urgent to make lesbian women and their spatiality more visible. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to address issues related to the lesbofeminist position within the country to initiate this necessary visibility of lesbians in the Mexican territory. Desde o nascimento das geografias lésbicas, os trabalhos têm sido realizados principalmente em países ocidentais ou com esforços de poucas geógrafas lésbicas para convidar e incorporar trabalhos de vários países. No México, não há obras suficientes para enriquecer este ramo geográfico, tanto no âmbito nacional, como internacional. Dada esta situação, é urgente tornar visíveis as mulheres lésbicas e sua espacialidade, portanto, este trabalho visa fazer uma aproximação da posição lesbofeminista para iniciar esta visibilidade necessária das lésbicas no território mexicano. Desde el nacimiento de las geografías lésbicas los trabajos han sido mayores sobre todo en los países occidentales o con esfuerzos de pocas geógrafas lesbianas por invitar e incorporar trabajos de diversos países. Desde México, no existen trabajos suficientes para enriquecer esta rama geográfica tanto a nivel nacional, como a nivel internacional. Ante esta situación, es apremiante visibilizar a las mujeres lesbianas y su espacialidad, por ello este trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar un planteamiento desde la postura lesbofeminista para iniciar esta necesaria visibilidad de las lesbianas en el territorio mexicano.
