    • Abstract:
The appearance of Covid-19 and its spread caused great changes in many sectors of society and in individuals. In Spain, the number of cases of infected people and deaths increased, forcing the establishment of a state of alarm. Through interviews and statistical data, among others, we can see to what extent these restrictions impacted on the mental health and customs of the population, focusing on the population between 15 and 25 years of age. The result of the research shows how anxiety and feelings of loneliness, among others, were protagonists in the lives of the children during the confinement. Despite these negative effects, other positive activities were reinforced. Many areas of daily life were affected by the measures imposed to curb the advancement of society. The analysis of this whole situation serves to learn the consequences of such a sudden and radical event and helps us to understand its future impact. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
