      This article arises from the thesis Reading on screens: Adolescent representations on reading in digital media for the Master's Degree in Educational Technology of the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), with the support of the Lúminis Foundation for the Trainer of Trainers 2019 program. The objective was to give an account of the representations of young people from the last years of secondary school on reading practices in digital media. A qualitative approach was carried out, from an inductive logic, in order to create categories of analysis to know the phenomenon in depth. Grounded theory design, constant comparative method, and theoretical sampling were used. An intentional sample of students was taken as a unit of analysis to conduct in-depth interviews. This procedure was supplemented with the observation of the practices themselves and, subsequently, new interviews were added to deepen what was observed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      Este artículo surge de la tesis Lectura en pantallas: Representaciones adolescentes sobre la lectura en soportes digitales para la Maestría en Tecnología educativa de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), con el apoyo de la Fundación Lúminis para el programa Formador de Formadores 2019. El objetivo fue dar cuenta de las representaciones de los jóvenes de los últimos años de la escuela secundaria sobre las prácticas de lectura en soportes digitales. Se realizó un abordaje cualitativo, desde una lógica inductiva, que buscó la generación de categorías de análisis para conocer el fenómeno en profundidad. Se utilizaron el diseño de teoría fundamentada, el método comparativo constante y el muestreo teóri-co. Se tomó como unidad de análisis una muestra intencional de alumnos para realizar entrevistas en profundidad. Se complementó dicho procedimiento con la observación de las prácticas propiamente dichas y, posteriormente, se agregaron nuevas entrevistas para profundizar lo observado. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
