      The issue of pedagogical training of university teachers is important in the context of considering possibilities of improving the quality of higher education. This paper, based on the conceptual and empirical framework of five perspectives on teaching, aims to determine the representation of perspectives on the teaching of university teachers in the field of social sciences and humanities in Serbia. The Teaching Perspectives Inventory (TPI) was used as an instrument on a sample of 159 university teachers and associates. The research confirmed the presence of five perspectives on teaching; compared to the results of previous research, only minor differences in their expression were observed. The findings indicate the need to take different cultural contexts of higher education into account when designing the program of pedagogical education of university teachers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      La question de la formation pédagogique des enseignants universitaires est importante dans le cadre d'une réflexion sur la possibilité d'améliorer la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur. Cet article, basé sur le cadre conceptuel et empirique des cinq perspectives sur l'enseignement, vise à déterminer la représentation des perspectives sur l'enseignement des enseignants universitaires dans le domaine des sciences sociales et humaines en Serbie. Par l'instrument, Teaching Perspectives Inventory (TPI), appliqué à un échantillon de 159 enseignants universitaires et associés. Notre recherche a confirmé la présence de cinq perspectives sur l'enseignement, avec quelques moindres différences dans leur expression, par rapport aux résultats de recherches antérieures dans différents pays. Nos résultats indiquent la nécessité de prendre en compte tous les différents contextes culturels de l'enseignement supérieur lors de la conception des programmes de l'enseignement pédagogique.       Problematica pregătirii pedagogice a cadrelor universitare este importantă în contextul luării în considerare a posibilităților de îmbunătățire a calității învățământului superior. Această lucrare, bazată pe cadrul conceptual si empiric a cinci perspective asupra predării, îşi propune să prezinte unele perspective asupra predării profesorilor universitari din domeniul ştiințelor sociale si umaniste în Serbia. Inventarul per spectivelor didactice (The Teaching Perspectives Inventory - TPI), a fost utilizat ca instrument pe un eşantion de 159 de profesori şi asistenți universitari. Cercetarea noastră a confirmat prezența a cinci perspective asupra predării; comparativ cu rezultatele cercetărilor anterioare, s-au observat doar diferențe minore în exprimarea acestora. Constatările indică necesitatea luării în considerare a diferitelor contexte culturale ale învățământului superior în conceperea programului de educație pedagogică a cadrelor didactice universitare [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
