The Phonetic Interpretation of the Qur’anic Readings According to Ibn Jinni (d. 392 AH) in al-Muhtasib. (English)

There are many linguistic explanations for Ibn Jinni in all his books, especially Al-Muhtasib, perhaps the most vocal explanation are related to abnormal Quranic readings, which is the focus of our research, which is based on explaining the reason for these readings, the most prominent phonetic phenomena that Ibn Jinni justified are adulation, substitution, saturation, sedation of the moving, moving the consonant, inversion, mitigation, following or adjacent, the meeting of the two dwellers, the matching of sounds to the meaning indicated by them, and tilting. Some of them were mentioned by Ibn Jinni in his other books, including what he considered one of the languages of the Arabs. As the research shows Ibn Jinni’s position on these readings and his opinion on rejecting or accepting them because they conform to one aspect of the language or not. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

يّة عند ابن جنيّ تعدّدًا واضحًا في كتبه جميعها ولا سيّما ّ تتعدّد التّعليلات الل ة وهو محور ّ اذ ّ قة بالقراءات القرآنيّة الش ّ المحتسب، ولعلّ أكثرها التعليلات الصّوتيّة المتعل بحثنا الذي يق لها ابن ّ وم على بيان أسباب هذه القراءات، وأبرز الظواهر الصّوتيّة التي عل جنيّ الإدغام والإبدال والإشباع وتسكين المتحرّك وتحريك السّاكن والقلب والتخفيف والإتباع أوِ المجاورة والتقاء السّاكنين ومناسبة الأصوات للمعاني التي تدلّ عليها والإمالة، وقد ذكر بعضها اب من لغات العرب، كما بين ً ن جنيّ في كتبه الأخرى، ومنها ما عدّه لغة البحث موقف ابن جنيّ من هذه القراءات ورأيه في رفضها أو قبولها لمطابقتها وجهًا من غة أو عدم ذلك.
