    • Abstract:
The global turkey meat production is characterized by low growth and has been heavily affected by both avian influenza and the pandemic. North America and Europe dominate the production, with Europe experiencing an upward trend in recent years while North America has been declining. The United States is the largest producer of turkey meat, followed by Brazil. Poland has shown remarkable dynamics in production in recent years and could potentially replace Germany as the leading producer of poultry products in the future. The demand for turkey meat is stagnant or declining as it has higher production costs compared to chicken meat. It remains to be seen how quickly the turkey sector will recover from the impacts of the pandemic. [Extracted from the article]
    • Abstract:
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
