Exploration and practice of measures to reduce diesel to gasoline ratio in a large refining and chemical enterprise. (English)
- Abstract:
Affected by the changes in the domestic oil consumption market, the consumption of diesel market has reached a peak in recent years. In order to adapt to the changes, a large refining and chemical enterprise has conducted in-depth exploration and practice on measures such as the new construction of wax diesel hybrid hydrocracking unit, the transformation of the catalytic diesel hydrogenation conversion process of the medium-pressure hydrocracking device, and the introduction of some cracking technology into diesel hydrocracking unit. The measures are adjusted and optimized in a targeted manner to make them more competitive in terms of diesel conversion and diesel quality improvement, and more in line with the overall refining process of the whole plant. In the process of the transformation of the refinery to the chemical industry, the diesel to gasoline ratio has been reduced from 1. 71 to 0. 91, while eliminating the bottleneck of diesel quality. All vehicle diesel delivered from the factory meet the requirements of the Guo VI vehicle diesel products in February 2022. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
