Curso de Derecho Administrativo.

El artículo es una reseña de dos libros relacionados con el derecho administrativo. El primero trata sobre los desajustes entre las legislaciones minera y de hidrocarburos en relación con la planificación territorial y la descarbonización de la actividad económica. El segundo libro es la 13ª edición del "Curso de Derecho Administrativo" del profesor argentino Juan Carlos Cassagne, que busca mantener la doctrina anterior y adaptarse al Estado de Derecho constitucional. El autor destaca la presencia de Cassagne en España y su conocimiento de la doctrina española. El Profesor Cassagne destaca en su nueva edición del Curso su opción por el Estado de derecho constitucional y su rechazo al neoconstitucionalismo.
