    • Abstract:
Interestingly, in the other 57% of mice, the SC grafts survived and surprisingly CD4 and CD8 Tregs were detected in these SC grafts. In 43% of the mice, CD4 and CD8 Tregs remained depleted and the SC grafts were rejected demonstrating the critical importance of Tregs for SC graft survival. This demonstrates that Tregs are critical for SC graft survival and suggests SC can induce Tregs. [Extracted from the article]
