    • Abstract:
Figurate patterns are rare in patients with SS, although multiple presentations have been described in this disorder, including I erythema gyratum repens i -like or concentric blistering lesions.3,4 The diagnosis of SS should always be kept in mind in patients with figurate erythemas. Dear Editor, Fanconi anemia (FA) is a genetic disease associated with chromosomal fragility and progressive myelodysplastic pancytopenia, which frequently evolves to acute myeloid leukemia.1 Sweet syndrome (SS) is characterized clinically by the appearance of painful violaceous plaques and nodules and histologically by an intense dermal neutrophilic infiltrate.2 We describe a rare case of recurrent SS presenting in a figurate pattern in a patient with FA.
