    • Abstract:
The COVID-10 pandemic has exposed a need for mental health resources. This essay will explore challenges faced by students under stress or being effected by change and various opportunities for libraries seeking to support students as they manage their mental health. Further, the essay will offer suggestions for libraries hoping to aid students facing psychological struggles even outside of the aftermath of a public health crisis in three ways: first, through the provision of information; second, through the provision of resources; and third, through in-depth staff training.
