    • Abstract:
      For the new change of refining trend all over the world, through innovating the two-step poremaking technology of Y molecular sieve, FRIPP invent the acid reconstruction technology to control the migration of Y molecular sieve sodium cage, and creat high efficient DMY molecular sieve. Using DMY molecular sieve as cracking component, a new generation of naphtha selective hydrocracking catalyst FC-82 was developed. Compared with FC-52, the bulk density of catalyst decreased by 13%. Under the same yield of tail oil, the selectivity of heavy naphtha increased by 1. 7 - 2. 0 percentage points and the BMCI of the tail oil was the same. FC-82 can be used to produce heavy naphtha and ethylene cracking raw materials, and get the maximum amounts of heavy naphtha under the same yield of tail oil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
