      La investigación de los profetas del sigloviiia.C. desde la óptica latinoamericana ha estado marcada por el acercamiento dado por los teólogos de la liberación, quienes vieron en el texto bíblico parámetros para elevar la voz en contra de la opresión. La teología latinoamericana no ha superado completamente tal acercamiento. El presente artículo recuerda algunas razones para la aparición y permanencia de las ideas de la teología de la liberación, así como el acercamiento que hicieron sus teólogos a los profetas. También se analizan acercamientos actuales y se brindan parámetros para continuar con el estudio de los profetas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      The research of 8th-century prophets from Latin American perspective has been marked by the approach given by Liberation Theology, this saw in the biblical text parameters to raise their voices against oppression. Latin American theology has not completely surpassed that approach. The article recalls some reasons for the emergence and permanence of the ideas of the Liberation Theology, as well as their approach to the prophets.
